We are now entering the final stretch of the year and my favorite season is here. Fall is typically a great time to get ready for the long winter months. So how are you getting ready for Fall? Important Happenings in September

The biggest news from September was the relaunch of my live program Generate Leads Everyday. I had exceeded my monthly goals, and had my biggest month ever. Thanks to all of you for helping me achieve this.

Automate Business Lesson: What are the right systems to have in place?

  • Marketing & nurture system – 20+ leads a day on autopilot.
  • Billing system – Constantly tracking down invoices and late payments is not why I got into business and that is why I have a system that takes care of this for me.
  • Customer satisfaction system – My main goal is to make sure I am providing value to my customers and I want to make sure I know how they feel.
  • Customer recommendation system – When my customers and clients have a great experience, I have a system that asks them for recommendations which generates even more business.
  • Delivery system – when I bring on a new client or customer, my system sends them all the information, reminders, documents, schedules, and the ability to schedule time with me seamlessly.

September’s Results

  • I generated over 843 leads
  • Grew my unique visitors to the site to over 6500 and over 11,000 returning visitors 🙂
  • I was able to increase my revenue by over 10% which was huge.
  • The bigger thing I am most excited about was that I was able to do this with only working less than 96 hours. This is a little less than a 25 hour work week, which I think all of you would love to hit.
