What story are you telling your agency clients? It happens more often than you’d think. An agency client calls out of the blue and tells you they’re changing directions and going with a different agency. You’re blindsided because you think everything is going really well and they should be happy with the results.

Where’s the disconnect?

Well, often it’s due to what we are or aren’t communicating to them. Are you benchmarking with them? Are you telling them a story? Are you showing them where they were, how far they’ve come, and where they’re headed? Or, are you just sending them a monthly report with data?

I was asked to demo new software, Reportei. And, I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure I’d like it. But, I ended up being really impressed and that’s why I’m sharing this information with you. (I never recommend/endorse any agency tools or tech that I don’t personally use and love!)
