Offering. The right offering and pricing are crucial to your agency’s success. Learn what to offer and when in order to make it an easy decision for your prospects to decide to work with you. I will show you how to continually build trust and authority with your clients as you step up the relationship. The order you present your clients with purchase decisions allows them control over the process and makes a difference in winning the projects and accounts you want. We will uncover a winning formula for your service offering and what you should be charging so you can become extremely profitable.
Prospecting. Your agency needs a customized, go-to marketing strategy to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads. Together we will develop a prospecting strategy that attracts more qualified leads than your agency can even handle. This will allow you the option of taking on only your ideal clients rather than being stuck in a position of having to take on the wrong ones that distract from your vision and goals.
