Jason Swenk (Father, serial entrepreneur, podcaster, agency advisor) founder of Digital Agency Elite and his team are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our amazing team.

Are you our person?

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can drive traffic and increase engagement while leading marketing activities and strategy. 

The ideal person for this position has an understanding of direct response copywriting and a range of expertise in digital marketing (Paid ads and search engine optimization.) Their main role is demand generation. 

Additional skills using marketing automation tools and landing pages are a plus.

If you’re our person you possess the ability to create amazing concepts and be able to analyze data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics. We work hard and play hard. So, if you don’t have a solid work ethic and a great sense of humor, this role isn’t right for you 🙂 Willingness to participate in occasional company shenanigans is mandatory.

You will be able to help us achieve our goals by crafting strong advertising campaigns that perform well with our audience and yield measurable results.

Initially, this will be a fully remote, contractor position with room to grow as the company grows.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Drive the Marketing Strategy: Within the first 90 days, the newly developed marketing strategy will deliver a healthy pipeline month-over-month, which equates to 50 Digital Agency Elite qualified appointments conducted monthly. Construct ROI models and forecast the financial impact of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  2. Nurture the Client Journey: Within the first 120 days, lead a project to consolidate and improve the experience of prospective clients through our existing funnels, and ensure our pages are on message and converting well. Increased appointments booked through email marketing, reduced lead-to-opportunity times, and qualitative feedback from customers about the quality and timeliness of our funnels.
  3. Support the Sales Team: Within the first 30 days, a sales enablement roadmap will be created and then executed over the following 12 months which will result in a reduction in average times to close and increased show rates. Help the company engage with prospective clients and leverage this to attract new core customers and grow our brand attraction.
