Do You Struggle With...
Implementing the foot in the door framework is the single biggest game changer in our agency. It’s increased our conversion 1000%. It also made it seamless from cold conversation to warm conversation to long term paying clients.
Jeremy Weisz, Founder Rise25
Most agencies waste too much time with the wrong prospects, missing great opportunities.
This Foot in the Door Blueprint was developed by Ian Garlic, Founder and CEO of AuthenticWeb, his 7-figure video marketing agency that has grown exponentially over the past ten years.
Up until now, Ian has only shared it with a few select agency owners who have found it to be the single most impactful change to their business.
This February, he will teach his exact method of getting paid for proposals and closing deals faster to just 25 hand-selected agency owners.
Stop wasting time and money and brainpower on free proposals.
Do you want to...
We've worked in the agency world for over 20 years.
Like almost all Agency Owners, we first started with...
Does this sound familiar?
You then get into the meeting and the client glazes over. They ask questions where they obviously paid no attention to your proposal. Then they simply compare who costs the least.
Then found out the client is unresponsive at best. You flesh out the strategy, which delays execution, making clients unhappy, or worse they take the strategy somewhere else.
Over 20 years we've honed and refined the process to close 90% of the ideal prospect on strategy.
We have even closed some that we charged a premium because they are going to be a pain in the A$$ client :)
The clients find the Foot in the Door Blueprint Process much more valuable.
We wow clients by the process.
When it comes time for the proposal there is no “selling”
In fact, the less you try to sell, the bigger deals you will close.
The last one I didn’t even think the client wanted services and closed a $37k deal.
How does this sound?
In this process we're going to show you:
Q: Will this work with any type of marketing services? A; This was designed for a content strategy that’s evergreen, so it can be adapted to almost anything. In fact, it’s best if you do consider all possible marketing channels, even if you don't do those. We’ve used it to create Strategies for
Q: Will this adapt to my current sales process? A: Short answer, yes, as long as it’s consultative. If you are selling small deals (Under $2k), and want to sell big deals ($20-100k per year), you may need an overhaul. Last year, one company added it on to their current paid strategy and sold over $500,000 in services in 60 days.
Q: Do I need to be a sales “pro” to achieve success? A: Absolutely not. It might be better if you have no sales training to “unprogram” You can even train new sales consultants using this method. How quickly will I be able to implement the Foot in the Door Blueprint?
Q: After the training, you will be able to sell the blueprint the next day. A: One student sold a $1500 blueprint on their first call. Like anything, with ongoing practice you’ll get better and better at it. The great part is you will be able to identify how to practice and where to improve your technique.
Q: What’s the difference between this and other “sales systems”? A: This is not about using any “sales techniques” per se. It’s tailored for the natural process of how business owners think, and how to train them to think about marketing. There is no hard core closing, no “sales tricks”. Many prospects actually comment how “unsalesy” it is. People hate to be sold. They love to buy.
Q: How much time will it take me to implement the Foot in the Door Blueprint Process? After completing the training, you can implement in one day. If you have 3-5 leads ready, you could double your investment within a week.
Q: Will I be able to use this training to train new salespeople? A: Yes, but I wouldn’t hire sales people. I would hire consultants at various points in the process. We then also use our recorded blueprint sessions to train people with absolutely zero sales experience. In future sessions we will be discussing our exact training and hiring process.
