Join us for an amazing workshop and retreat on Swenk Mountain to experience what's working for the most successful agency owners. Elevate your agency at this premier event in scenic and historic Durango, Colorado, crafted specifically to help you grow your digital agency faster and easier with the mastermind's help.
A lot of the agency owners I speak to have one thing in common: their agency has reached a plateau and they just can’t seem to get beyond it no matter what they try. It is possible!
At this event, we will help you overcome that plateau and climb the mountain of success -- both literally and figuratively. Do you have what it takes to reach the summit?
DAY 1 - OCT 8th Stop. Collaborate & Listen.
Sadly no, Vanilla Ice won’t be there :) But on Day 1 we will work together to solve your agency’s specific problems and challenges. Whether you’re struggling with service offering, team management, sales prospecting - bring it with you and we’ll work through it with you. Together.
We’ll work through late afternoon, and then take a short hike up Swenk Mountain for the sunset.
Upon our return, we’ll enjoy dinner and casual networking time. Together.
DAY 2 - OCT 9th Gain Momentum.
On Day 2, we’ll explore what’s working for growing agencies. We’ll have sessions that will help you improve operations, sales outreach, and leadership.
In our casual setting, we’ll have guest speakers and current mastermind members presenting strategies that are growing their agency faster and easier.
In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner in Downtown Durango and head to The Wildhorse Saloon and Dance Hall for drinks and dancing.
When you’re Out West you gotta be country ‘n western!
DAY 3 - OCT 10th Retreat & Recharge Your Batteries.
It’s about fostering relationships, creating memories, and taking time away from business to get focused on your “why.”
And there’s nothing like the vastness of the mountainscape to help do just that. Which is the reason Day 3 is dedicated to helping you re-energize your mind, body, and spirit. We will be shuttled to historic Silverton, CO where we’ll experience the Rocky Mountains up close and personal on ATV’s. Following a guided tour, mountainside picnic, and visit to a ghost town we’ll take an 1800’s narrow gauge railroad back to Durango. (For those not interested in the ATV adventure, there’s plenty else to do in Silverton.)

The location for our event is on a 55-acre property on top of a mountain just outside downtown Durango, Colorado overlooking the San Juan Mountains.
History of Durango The Denver and Rio Grande Railroad Company formed Durango along the banks of the Animas River in September 1880 to serve the San Juan mining district. Lots of silver (and later, even more of gold) was being discovered in the mountains ever since gold fever struck in 1872 and resulted in the settlement of mining towns like Silverton, 50 miles north.
