We all know as we grow the business, you need to surround yourself with the right people, and the next person we are looking for is a business development person in the US.

The person we are looking for will be identifying and consulting with marketing agencies all over the world.

The ideal person would have owned an agency that was excelled in sales, but struggled with everything else 🙂


  • Finding and consulting with agency owners, and getting them registered for live workshops. (Group & private)
  • Candidate must be comfortable with cold calling and must be able to prove these skills through references or specific experiences.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills including face-to-face, written, presentation and phone.
  • Responsible for annual quota of $600k in new business revenues.


  • Outside sales experience: 2 years
  • Agency experience: 3 years
